Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange an item?
Eligible local-order exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and has its original tags. GVFG does not offer cash refunds. Approved exchanges receive a one-time coupon equal to the eligible product value. GVFG covers return delivery only when an incorrect or defective item was delivered; otherwise, the customer bears return delivery charges. Sale items and international orders are eligible only if the item delivered is incorrect or defective. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
